Shipping policy

Expect an estimate of 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for orders to be processed and packed. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to be dispatched.

A FLAT shipping rate applies depending on your geographical location upon checking out. All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Depending on your location, we use FedEx, UPS or SF Express for international orders.

Below is an estimate and guide for transit times on when you can expect your merchandise to reach you once your order is processed and shipped.

• Hong Kong: 1-2 business days
• Southeast Asia: 2-3 business days
• Rest Of Asia: 4-5 business days

Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipment dates are subject to change.

Import Duties and Taxes: Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees.
